A. You can see your
wagers as far as two weeks back.

minimum bet by Internet and telephone?
A. You can bet a minimum
stake of $1 via Internet, or bet $25 minimum by phone.

has less than $25, can he place a bet over the phone?
A. Our minimum bet
over the phone is $25, however if a client has less
than $25, a single wager for the remaining total in
his account will be accepted.

Q. How long does
it take to reconcile a game once it is over? When will
the money be in the customer’s account?
A. Games will be reconciled
at the end of the event; your account will be updated
20 to 30 min after the game has ended.

Q. Can I check
my phone bets over the Internet?
A. Absolutely, Lightspeedsports.com
successfully integrated its phone and Internet applications
to allow clients to view their phone bets online. This
is also possible to update the balance in both systems
right after placing a bet or reconciling a game.

Payouts?
Q. How do you
pay my winnings?
A. Once a month you
can request a free payout by NeTeller. Any additional
payout with NeTeller will cost $15. Refunds to Credit
Cards carry no fees, while bank transfers and bank wires
will have a flat fee of $40 in order to cover courier
delivery.

Q. Besides the
address I provide to open my account, can I ask that
my check be sent to a different address?
A. No, all cashier's
checks will be sent to the address on the account. You
can change your address on the account by calling or
emailing our customer service department at help@lightspeedsports.com.

request my payout?
A. You can request
a payout of any funds in your account 7 days a week.

Q. After a deposit
is made, can I request a PO immediately?
A. There is a minimum
requirement of wagering at least once in order for you
to request a payout, once your wager is reconciled you
can request money right away.

it take for a check to be delivered to me?
A. Cashier's checks
will be delivered at your door two business days after
you request it.

for credit card payouts?
A. No there is no
charge for credit card payouts.

it take for a payout to be processed via NeTeller?
A. Within 15 minutes
of submitting your request with NeTeller you will have
the money credited automatically to you NeTeller account.

any fees involved when requesting a payout via NeTeller?
A. NeTeller payouts
carry a service charge of $15. Lightspeedsports.com
will cover these fees on your first payout request with
NeTeller every calendar month. You will be charged the
before mentioned service charges on each additional
payout you request in that month.

Deposit?
Q. Can I give
you my card over the phone for you to process it?
A. For security purposes
for both cardholder and Lightspeedsports.com we will
only charge your card with written approval. Or, you
can do it from your own computer, no faxing required.

you accept money orders?
A. Money orders take
more than one month to clear; therefore we cannot process
them quickly enough.

bonus percentage if I make a larger deposit amount?
A. We will always
cover the fees for all deposits when it's for $300 or
more. Bonuses are often also available for large inital
