Payouts
To collect your winnings, call our
customer service department at 1-800-580-2043. If you
would like your payout sent the same day as your request,
you must call Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM until 12:00
PM EST. All payout requests received after 12:00
noon EST will be sent the following day. For your
own security, you must validate all your information
when requesting a payout.
You can also send an e-mail to accounting@lightspeedsports.com
requesting your payout. If you deposit using Visa or
MasterCard online, include in your request your name
and account number, the credit card number that you
use to deposit, telephone number and the amount you
would like for us to credit back to your card. If you
deposit using another method, please include the following
information: your name and account number, address,
telephone number and the amount you would like us to
send you.
